I waited over a hour for my meal to arrive. I was nothing but paitent. I called over a hour later to get the status. They then said they did not have a driver?????????? What kind of delivery place doesnt have a driver first off. Second off what kind of customer service practice is it for u to allow people to wait and not give a courtesy call or maybe turn off the online ordering perhaps? Ridiculous. Poor customer service.
My family and I came in at 5:30pm. When my family and I went to sit in the back where the tall tables are while our food was being made, we were told by the employee who rang us up that they were closing soon and she just mopped. I asked when they close and she said 7pm. It became obvious that she cleaned early and didn't want us to sit were she cleaned in the back at the tables instead of the booths. I ended up getting our food to go after she made several comments and we went home to eat. We felt unwelcome and won't return next time we go the mall like we usually do.
Walked in at 2:30pm on a Thursday for a freaky fast sub to fuel my Christmas shopping. Store was empty save two employees sitting at the table in the front window and the ones behind the counter. I was surprised when the cashier told me they were going through a "shift change" and it'd be 10 mins before they could take my order. So I took my freaky fast business to Subway, and had a lovely toasted sub.
Guy was working totally alone, wait was long but he was talkative, helpful, made great sandwiches and kept a smile on his face the whole time. Thank you so much.
