Terrible customer service .
I got delivery, and this is my 2nd time delivery from Daniella. She is a very nice person, great customer service!
Very weird experience today. I didn't add a tip to my delivery, since I was going to tip with cash, but I got a call from someone at the store letting me know that I didn't tip and If i wanted to add one. Seemed a little rude about it as well. I don't know if this is a standard practice now but it seems really strange. What is the $6 delivery fee going to then if they feel the need to start calling customers? Horrible management if this is what they're doing now. I will start taking my business somewhere else now.
"Freaky fast" more like absurdly slow. I sit here typing this review as I hit 30 minutes of watching my sandwich order sit in your shop and not be worked on nor delivered. Should change your slogan if you're going to take longer than most pizza places take make a full order. I will he disputing this charge, what a joke of a location.
We enjoy going there because their friendly and fast.
