Super fast. Subs were good.

The staff acted like we bothered them by stepping into their store. They barely wanted to take our order. They will not toast your sandwich if you want it toasted! Never again!

The columbia JJ is so much better than the Jessup branch..Nice and friendly and order is always correct

My experience here was very pleasant up until I was getting ready to leave. I was near the soda machine, finishing my drink and throwing my trash away, when an employee threw a wash rag from around my side into the sanitizer wash bucket. Also no one wants to see boxers/underwear (especially employees) while eating. Please pull up your pants!!

The staff here is a mess. They were yelling at each other, arguing with customers when they made orders incorrectly, and generally were acting very unprofessional.
