7pm on a Friday evening and was told out of bread. After order was taken and paid for. Then told 3 to 4 days before I will see credit. I would rate a zero if possible. Tried to go to feedback and could not get site..?
Tried to place a very simple order, the guy sounded high, and was really struggling. I've placed this order for years, no problem. Manager had an attitude. I'll go somewhere else.
I like their delivery option when available.
Freaky fast. Delicious and consistent.
Food was not delivered to my house. Called the store thinking this would be as simple as them sending a new sandwich and was told there is nothing they could do since the driver said he delivered it. I was then abruptly hung up on. Called back and was hung up on again. Considering I have 2 ring cameras with no record of a delivery I can confirm it was most certainly not delivered to my house. Luckily corporate is easy to get a hold of and very helpful with starting the process to hopefully get my refund. I would avoid delivery altogether or if you must, choose the pay with cash option so this does not happen to you.
This JJ’s is awesome, the staff is so attentive and kind. We had to wait a little bit for our order and the employee added some freebies due to the wait, which was extremely kind and made our night. Jimmy Johns is my favorite restaurant so I’m pretty picky and this one never disappoints
They had no bread? The employee was not polite about sharing this information either. It'll be the last time I come to this location
