My order was prepared and ready for pickup when I arrived. I had a customized Beach Club sandwich ordered through the app. Prepared to perfection.
Just a sub, nothing to write home about, curb side doesn't work, app didn't notify them. 1 pc of bread, 1 pc of meat, 1 pc of cheese and a bunch of lettuce $ 18.00 must I say more.

Employees had a positive attitude and interacted with myself as a customer professionally. The only thing is the unwhich drips at times (eg., water), I feel that’s just a chain issue. Wish this location stayed open past 3PM. Dietary restrictions: KETO/Gluten Free
RANBO! He rung me up and made the best cold wraps I've ever had! He went above and beyond in recommending what to put on it. I recommend the owner peomot him and give him a raise it's evident he cares about creating a great atmosphere and giving the best experience for the guests here!
They should change the slogan of this location to "Subs so slow you'll freak." Delivery from here almost never takes less than 90 minutes to get to you. When you call and ask about the status, they're always rude too. The subs are always decent once they get to you though!
After reading the comments about service and cleanliness, I assumed it couldn't be that bad... I was wrong. As I walked in, two patrons departed without ordering which should have been a clue. As I approached the counter to order, the staff member who greeted no one was cleaning a large spill in the kitchen / prep area. After a minute or two, he removed his shoe and began cleaning it with napkins. While doing so, he approached the counter to take my order as he touched the prep counter and register without washing his hands and with dirty shoe in hand. It's that bad.
