Jet's Pizza®

We always order our pizza from Jet’s online. I have accumulated several rewards since we order quite often. I was having trouble redeeming a reward this evening so I called the store direct. Sam, the owner answered and he was incredible. I explained my situation and he Immediately said that he was sorry I was having this issue and that he would redeem my reward for a free cinnamon stix. We love Jet’s so much and will continue to order from them. Delicious pizza and fantastic customer service!

We ordered delivery and had the deep dish. It was FANTASTIC and was delivered very hot I was shocked! Very happy will definitely order again!

Ordered a couple pizzas as carry out. They were ready quickly and so so so delicious!! Love jets pizza! Highly recommend if you are looking for some good Detroit style or if you just want a delish pizza!

I live near fox lake Illinois and I had planned my night around getting a pizza that would also have leftovers for New Year’s Eve. It’s about a 45 minute drive and I had the whole order ready to go online with the coupon, when the GPS said it was 20 minutes away was when I was going to place the order. It was that it said no longer place orders. Please call the store. Online it stated they close at 10 o’clock and it stated they close at 10 o’clock. So I called the store at 9:32 PM and kathy, the store manager answers and states were no longer taking orders. She was very eager to get off the phone. She was incredibly rude and flippant. There was no courtesy in her tone or how she dealt with the interaction. I wasn’t taking advantage of anyone by timing my night correctly at a pizza place to get there before they closed, with almost 10 minutes to spare before their actual closing. Unacceptable. I will be calling corporate, there is more to this whole interaction than what I can put here, kathy would have made the pizza, but of course I could not use the online coupon, because it automatically cuts off at 9:30 PM from being able to place orders. Mind you, this is not stated anywhere on the website until you get to the final step and enter in a lot of information and place your order. This flippant woman made zero attempts to make it right, I never once was mad at her but I was definitely mad at the situation and she made it look like some terrible inconvenience when I’m the one driving 45 minutes away to patron this establishment. Zero stars
