The food and customer service are excellent. My only problem is that all the female food preparers do not use hair restraints such as a hair net like Publix does when they prepare sandwiches. The long hair and ponytails are not sanitary for food preparation. Please use safety standards to correct this.

Asked for a mushroom cheese steak no peppers. Got a portabella sub with cheese. More training needed to listen to the customers full order and not focus on first word. Also way too much onion!

OMG what can you say about Jersey Mikes?! They have the BEST subs! Amazing service and great prices. We eat there at least two times a week! After a long day of being a nurse and taking care of my pts NOTHING beats Jersey Mike's! We love you! ❤️

I have been to many Jersey Mike's and have had THE best Philly cheese steaks. For whatever reason, this was the most disappointing sandwich I've ever had from the chain. Maybe it was just an off day.
