They are very sensitive at this Jersey Mike’s when I went in here to have them make corrections on my sandwich 2 men called me a B that work there including the manager, started to use vulgar language towards me until I thought it was going to get violent. My concern is when I try to report all of this the next day and share a video of the manager calling me a B there was no one to contact, no one is going to answer Jersey Mike’s one 800 number the manager is the one that called me a B I was able to find the district manager number and he was not concerned. I am so glad they let me know. They are one of the business that do not care about their customers concerns I am so glad I found that out. I don't shop at places That do not care about customers concern its no way to leave a complain or a concern they don't have to ban me I'm choosing not to return. I like the option that if someone is doing something unprofessional to me at work, I should have the right to report that to someone with Jersey Mike’s its no one when you go in, there record these workers so you can have proof of the language they will use on you
Went in and completely forgot to say I wanted it “Mike’s Way”. 100% my fault. We live across town so by the time we opened our sandwiches and I drove back to get it fixed it had been an hour since I’d been there. The gentleman that had started my order (I didn’t catch his name, I wish I had!) remembered me and when I explained what had happened and how it was all a mess up on my end, he gave me the veggies and seasoning for both sandwiches in a nice container and bag and said they didn’t charge for veggies. I felt so bad that I couldn’t compensate for my own mistake. That’s part of why I wanted to leave a good review. They’ve also in the past have just been wonderful with their service and we’ve never really had any issues. They’re always quick with service and have always had a friendly staff over the three or so years we’ve eaten here. And the friendly staff and service shows with what happened today. Wonderful location and I can’t sing their praises enough. Thank you to the JM Midlothian team for all your hard work!
Great selection and very good quality of products and services. Friendly and Clean. Dietary restrictions: Great tasting even without the bread. Try getting a sub in a tub.
As always, it’s consistently good. Definitely worth the 20 minute drive from the next town over
I came in tonight and was greeted immediately by the outstanding staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and tidy. I didn't get the names of the three gentlemen, but they run the place as if they own it. My food came out fresh and fast. I hope this night crew gets a raise!!
I recently had to change my diet to gluten free. I visited Jersey Mikes because I heard their gluten free subs were delicious. I had the absolute best experience. When I told them I needed gluten free, they took it VERY seriously. They took additional precautions without me even asking. (Such as not using the Mayo and knife that touch other sandwiches.) The whole team is obviously trained really well. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you for not making it feel like an inconvenience, and going above and beyond to serve me. I will be a customer for life.
