Food was great but from a customer's pov you could tell staff were stressed. They had good attitudes though. Just felt bad for them as they had obviously been working some long and hard days.

Salad bowls are an awesome idea! But beware getting it mikes way, waaaaay too much vinegar, it’s the only thing you will taste.

The store has done a dramatic change since my last visit to this location and am so happy. It’s closer for me than Apple Valley

I’ve been here multiple times since they have opened. Always met with happy workers and great food. Cleanliness of both customer areas and employee area looks top notch!

Do not order online. Took 45 minutes more then the pick up time. Over 20 customers were served in line while we were waiting. Terrible:

I live across the street so this is a place that I go to somewhat often, maybe 3 time a month. A consistent issue I run into is with online ordering. Sometimes it places several orders of the same thing and charging me each time after I’ve o my submitted the order one time. Other times they’ve given my order to another person and I’ve had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my sub. While I understand these things happen at any business, it’s frustrating that I’m still waiting to get my order. Time is something we cannot make back up. I place my orders online to save time as I have an insanely busy work week. The consistent problem that I do run into is with timing over all, to tie in why I’m writing this review. As previously stated, I don’t think I should have to wait longer than what is promised when placing an online order. Maybe instead of stating “15 minutes”, the company can change it to a rough time estimate, something like “15-20 minutes” or whatever the case is. The people that work here are incredibly polite and do work hard to train their employees and managers to deal with the issues with a smile, which I know is hard to do sometimes. Please stop promising a hard timeline of when the orders will be ready if you know they cannot be finished and ready to take home at the designated time.

Hello, this was my first time at Jersey Mikes and let me tell you they did not disappoint. Owen and John provided incredible service and made our subs perfect. They were absolutely gas.

I love Owen and John, they gave me the best fast food expirience I’ve ever had, and their customer service was truly immaculate. They made me a mean philly cheesesteak too!
