Perfect lunch spot for a quick sandwich
Ordered food online. I got there a little late from the estimated time app gives when ordering food online. My online order was still not ready. Had to wait an additional 12-15minute. Then they make those who order online awkwardly go get their chips in between a line of customers standing in front of the counters that are placing their orders in person, even though they have chips behind the counter that they say is for doordash. So you make online ordering customers akward and inconvenient but make it convenient for DD orders whom the company pays a fee to even be on Doordash platform. Make it make sense, and stop making stuff awkward for online customers!
They refuse to pick up the phone. Terrible service. Called 80 times just rung till “memory is full” automatic voice memo. Called 15+ times now still no answer
Gentleman making my sandwich kept touching everything with his gloves on - his nose, his ear, the receipt paper, bags, everything before attempting to finish putting veggies on my sub. Couldn’t eat the sandwich after thinking about this and just went somewhere else.
Delivery order incomplete and sub looked like it was thrown together.
A massive shoutout to Rosaline who was super kind and did a 11/10 customer service job. Appreciate the kind staff and will come back to this location!
Great food, manager is awesome she needs to run more than one location because she is amazing staff is great the are always willing to work with us when we come in
I typically eat from north and south main locations in High Point. This location is consistently bad. Bread always over baked. Vegetables tend to be not as fresh as other locations.
