I order online and came into the store to pick my order up.I customized my order with NO ONIONS.and was told because I choose Mike's way I should have said no raw/grilled onions.I stated that because I clearly marked no onions my order should be replaced.asked for 1800 and was denied asked for the manger was told I was speaking with the manger asked for her name and she refused to give me that also.Almost 70.00 dollars was spent and was treated as though I was wrong.When she could have easily replaced my order.
Gave wrong food, didn't want to replace. People at this location are NOT friendly. Will not go here again.....Hope .ills is great.
The food was good but the customer service leaves a bad taste in my mouth especially (I guess she's a manager,the slim white older female with the loud voice) and several others that have an attitude. When she's not there, it's fine. Almost every time I'm there,I see a new face.I wonder why.It's about to be at the point my blood starts simmering when I have to deal with her. Good food but it would be nice to see her gone!!
The lady who takes out curbside pick up orders is so rude! She seems like she doesn’t like her job. She did not say a single word to me when handing me my order after she gave me my order I said thank you and she was very rude. I wish I knew her name cause she literally was just awful. Please work on your employees attitude
