Everything at this restaurant is always spot on except when Sam the manager is working. I've noticed that every time when I order things if an errors happens, if or when I complain about and it's Sam he gives me an attitude, instead of considering that I just wanted a meal the way I wanted it.. I'm not looking for an issue when I order food from a sandwich shop. I just don't understand why I catch such an attitude from a "manager" of a good establishment. Maybe retraining should be in order. It's just disappointing when I really like the sandwiches there and all the other employees are always fantastic. Sorry but not sorry for the 3 start review, it could improve.
I ordered a veggie sub with a few custom things added and got this 😂 laughing that someone thought this was an actual sandwich order (who would order cheese, mayo, and green pepper) or just legitimately did not give af.
