Jerkin Chicken Restaurant

Patties are good and then all of a sudden they no longer have it on the uber app. When I call they say it will be ready in an hour. 2hours pass and it’s still not there. Seems like they have people ordering it in bulk and then those who want it on the app it’s not available for them which is ridiculous.

Great options for lunch or dinner and delicious food. They accommodated our very large order for a team meeting. Would recommend

I stopped by yesterday. The staff was very nice. The food was Very good. Great place. Overall it’s worth the trip.

Tastes just like home, the stew chicken is my favorite

The salad here is decent however an extra small ranch dressing should not be an extra charge when you purchase a $15 dollar salad. It’s unreasonable and ridiculous. This is poor customer service. The management here needs to work on this. They lost me as a customer. The lady at the counter first gave me two ranch dressings when I asked for a bbq sauce which always comes with chicken she took one ranch sauce back and argued with me about it. This is very unfortunate. I wa s respectful and still got poor service. I never leave bad ratings but I had to in this situation.

Portions are too small for price

I honestly only come here because it’s so close to the university. The food is so hit or miss! But right now the food honestly sucks. I’m starting to consider just eating food from the food trucks around here. My jerk chicken was dry as heck. My curry chicken had no flavor. The prices keep increasing but the quality of the food is decreasing. And why isn’t their air conditioning in this location? I can honestly understand why the food sucks. The cooks are probably sweating their butts off in the back. I was sweating when I walked in to pick up my food. It was freaking September. Stop being cheap!

It’s so hot in there as soon as you walk in. The front counter person was a bit too rude for my liking after asking her how she was her response was “what do you want “ which caught me completely off guard. All I ordered was jerk chicken and Mac and cheese with a slice of red velvet cake. Took almost 20 minutes mind you I was the only one in the restaurant. The jerk chicken was pretty good. The Mac and cheese was lacking cheese and flavor. The red velvet cake was brought out of a frozen box. Once it thawed it was okay. I’d come back if they come work on their customer service.
