Jerk'D Modern Caribbean Kitchen

My daughter wanted to try this place because it was close to home. She had a toothache and wanted soup. She ordered the chicken vegetable soup. I sampled it, reminded me of Campbell vegetable soup. The rest of the food "looked" nice but that soup sat in my frig untouched. The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean.

So we decided to go for a different taste and gave Jerk D a try. I am pleased to say that EVERYTHING we ordered was delicious!! We ordered curry chicken, jerk chicken, stew chicken, mac 'n cheese, collard greens, and mixed vegetables for our sides. My favorite was the jerk chicken and the stew chicken along with the mac 'n cheese!!! In addition to the food, the customer service was great! A young man, Jahim, offered samples of each of their drinks to acquaint our palates with the unfamiliar drinks. They were all great but the ginger lemonade and the soursop won us over!! Definitely going back and encourage others to give it a try!!!

I got the chicken avocado sandwich. They placed it in a huge bun and gave me two VERY thin slices of chicken. A minuscule piece of avocado and slaw. I spent $14. Just get the meals from here. Don’t waste your money on sandwiches. Go elsewhere!

Placed an order through DoorDash and had some difficulty, however the customer service at Jerk’d was 10/10 and the individual was able to help us with our order! Well seasoned/cooked food. Very delicious! :)

When he said they had vegan patties instead of beef I thought what has this world come to? How can you make something vegan that has beef in the name. Well let me tell you - it was the best "beef" patty I've ever had. I would pick it over ANY real beef patty. DO NOT SLEEP ON THE VEGAN BEEF PATTY HERE!!!!!
