There's a lot of choice in the market and a lot of it's really good, that makes it difficult to try other places when you have tried and tested favourites. That said I strayed yesterday and went to Jenny's for the first time. "A jerk chicken wrap please"... received silence and a baffled look but movement happened so I presumed I'd ordered. 30 seconds later I was asked to repeat my order. I was asked if I'd like salad and mayo to which I said "both please". There was muttering between the two chaps behind the counter and I was then asked if I wanted mayonnaise a further 4 times until I eventually received my wrap (I was the only customer, it's not like they had lots to remember). Terrible customer service from two miserable chaps who couldn't have come across less interested if they'd tried. The wrap itself was disappointing, the chicken was incredibly bland with no real seasoning of note and not a hint of heat, it had gristle in it and the wrap was falling apart in the foil wrapping. I'd heard good things about Jenny's in the past, I'll stick to the other places in there going forward, I know why it was the only place without a queue now.
The food and service was ok and the price reasonable.
Absolutely gorgeous bought some Curried mutton and dumplings be going again for sure well tasty
Had a delivery to work on a whim - very likely in the top 3 meals I've had in my life, and id flatter myself into saying that im a 'foody'. I sat in the work eating area, literally throwing my arms up into the air with joy over the coconut rice.
THE BEST JERK CHICKEN IN LEEDS! Outstanding value for money and great Customer service. A hidden gem in Leeds! The Tight Yorkshireman
This may be one of the worst meals I’ve had. Paid £6 for some wings which were awful, I couldn’t finish them. Definitely wasn’t jerk chicken.
The food is very tasty and delicious. goat stew and ricewell prepared.
Had a really nice Jerk Chicken wrap. Not too spicy. Perfect
