Grew up in NY missing the taste of Nathan's French fries. Found them at J Fries in Parkville Market. Best damn fries I've eaten in nearly 50 years
I was recently at parkville market and wow what a difference. It looked clean inside and the older lady was really nice and the service there was really good. I don't know what's going on but keep up the good work.
I enjoyed my food. The older lady that was working this past Friday was amazing and more amazing because she was the only one working she did a phenomenal job even tho she was the only worker we need more people like her I thought she was very professional and very pleasant
Great new management team.
Definitely a great addition.
Clean efficient economic
Food & Service was excellent
Will be going back!
Server was really nice. Food is super yummy.
Place was solid! Poutine was awesome, the entire experience of this location was amazing. Get some solid fries from here and you have 20 other options to get for a main course!
I had a disappointing experience at J. Fry Co. Upon arriving, I was left standing for an uncomfortably long time without any acknowledgment from the staff. It felt as if I was invisible. I've worked as a server, and so I know what it's like to be busy. You can at least say "I'll be with you in a couple of minutes." But I was completely ignored and in the end I just ordered my food online.
It was so apparent that the staff were trying their best but clearly didn't know how to manage the flow of customers or prioritize tasks. It's evident that the root of the problem lies in the management's failure to provide adequate training and support for their employees.
Overall, my visit to J. Fry Co. was marred by terrible time management and service. Admittedly, I was terse with the staff, but I recognized my impatience and apologized to them. Despite my apology, I think the staff’s lack of training made for a truly frustrating experience. I hope they can address these issues soon, but I won't be returning to find out.
I had the beef chili cheese fries and my sister has the cheesy fries and they were both really good, fresh and fast service. The marketplace was clean, tables clean and atmosphere was good. I rate a 4/5 because the fries could have had a bit more chili cheese but overall the food was warm and fresh.
Eat here you will not regret it.
Good food worth it. Just expect for them to be missing an ingredient and rude as hell. I usually try to order ahead via the ap to avoid the staff. Everytime we go in to order they're rude and act like they're upset you're there and usually don't have everything to complete an order.
If I could give 0 stars I would, first of all I went here the Hartford location with my family, we where looking at the menu for 10 seconds and the rude guy at the register said are u going to order something? I said yes I am.just looking at what i want first, he proceeded to roll his eyes and like literally 20 seconds later he repeated are you ready to order ,second of all he is using same gloves for making food and cashing out front desk third took almost 30 minutes to make some naked fries and some bacon cheese fries 🍟 he seem like he wanted to get rid of us to chat with his partner on the back so I was still looking at the menu no one else was there to ordered he turn back and said you already ordered can u get out the way .... u need to move from the front of here ,I was breathing deep because I have 2 kids and I wasn't going to so a show ,but this people need training on customer service and Last the fries where Nothing compared to the presentation on the menu rip off do not come here they make their own good reviews don't get scammed by this place
