Jenny made my stunning vegan wedding cake last year and it was incredible. It was decorated beautifully and brought my vision to life. It was sooo tasty, sponge so light and salted caramel flavour filling was amazing. It was so good my lovely brother and sister in law had Jenny re-make a smaller version for our anniversary. Jenny created the most beautiful vegan Birthday cake! Honestly, an absolute showstopper. The flavour was stunning (lemon blueberry) and the attention to detail for my chosen theme/design was so impressive. My grandmother said it’s the best cake she’s ever tasted! Jenny personalised the cake beautifully and it came fully boxed with clear instructions for refrigeration and allergies information. Thrilled to have found somebody who specialises in vegan cakes. I ordered a cake from Jenny for a friend's birthday. In the past whenever I asked a baker if they can do some adjustments the answer was either "Sorry it cannot be done..." or "it is going to cost a lot more to do that...". For Jenny the answer was more like "Challenge accepted!" as she kindly accommodated our request and she actually created a hybrid cake, a superb mix of Biscoff Bonanza & Coffee Walnut (highly addictive - you have been warned). The cake was a huge success and surpassed our expectations. One of my friends actually put it into words properly: "you can taste every ingredient" (felt like Gordon Ramsay for a bit). Apart from the wonderful presentation and decoration the cake had all the ingredients expertly blended but distinct at the same time. The fact that the cake is vegan and delivered such taste only demonstrates Jenny's craftsmanship. Her professionalism is also evident in the package where she details all the allergens as well as instructions for refrigeration and safe consumption. Highly recommend!
