Would have liked a little more showmanship....food was delicious, high quality and plentiful.... everyone took home leftovers.... Parking and restaurant packed

Met with family for dinner here and it was my first time. I've been to other Hibachi places but first time at Japan Inn. The vibe was nice, the service great and the food even better! It was more entertaining than other places I've been to. Will definitely be back

Love this place. They give large portions. The food is cooked and freshly made in front of you. The Thai tea is great!!

Mary the hostess was very accommodating and pleasant in getting my sister and I a table with no reservations. The chef and the waiter were excellent as well. I appreciate the all around good service by the staff on a Sunday night!

1 star we arrived at 5:45pm and did get a chef untill 6:45. The people that sat across from us got sat 15 mins after and got a chef and soup and salad before us. I advised once at the front, no results. I tried to talk to a manager no one paid attention. Update 2.23.24 Shannon reached out with urgency regarding this matter. Super accommodating and understanding. They welcomed us back and we had Mandy and Soraya attend us. We just left and let me say, they did a wonderful job at ensuing our experience exceeded, within 20 mins we had our drinks, soup/salad and chef. Food was fresh, servers amazing and drinks were amazing. I would highly recommend coming back.
