I've been wanting to try this place since they opened and when I saw they had mochi I knew I had to go. The bubble tea is the best I've had! The tapioca was so good and it was not too sweet and fresh. I also ordered the mochi box and I will definitely be getting this again! Each flavour was so delicious esp with the cream and cookie crumbs. my favourite flavour is a tie between the strawberry and sesame seed topped mochi.

The bubble tea was so good and a very generous amount of tapioca pearls had some left over lol. For the price it was amazing. I ordered a chi and strawberry bubble tea large, chi was authentic and the whip cream with the strawberry was really nice, it also had 2 types of brown sugar tapioca and the jelly pop strawberry Pearl's.Amazing atmosphere beautiful style, it was so pretty and cute. Perfect for cat lovers. I even got a FREE cute cat pin. Was open fairly early to which was really nice. Kid-friendliness: It was definitely kid friendly.

Update : Hello, Thank you for your response. I know what a pina colada is, thank you. I understand nut milks do not froth the same as milks; but I have had frothy oat lattes before, all good. As for your offer, I'll politely decline. I got to experience your business and I enjoy supporting local shops. All the best. The staff are nice but there is a lack of coffee making skills. My first visit, I ordered a matcha latte and it took a while to make. Also, he had to remake the milk and the milk steaming quality was not as good as one would expect. The latte wasn't even hot. I thought they'd be using milk thermometers. The second visit, we had ordered a mango chai colada. Which was basically milk on ice with a dollop of mango puree. The concept wasn't there and would've been better had it been black tea based, would've been worth the price. The third time we got an oat latte as it was a safe choice but even then, the milk wasn't steamed well. I'm looking for that foamy latte milk which is hard to find in this city apparently. The menu could use some better description. Cute pins and tote bags though!

Amazing work and boba

We love Jancat's art pieces and were fans when Ellen sold her work at the market. We were very excited, therefore, when she opened a bricks and mortar store and began selling bubble tea as well. We enjoy bubble tea and hers is some of the best. I also like watching her videos on Instagram, I find them very soothing.

NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. The guy who was working there replies very rudely on phone calls and when you enters the store they are ready to argue idk what’s wrong with him but he needs to get fired or learn some basic customer service skills . I went there for the first time and never going back again they gave a very good impression on the first visit. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL OVER CANADA.
