She put the wrong toppings on my bowl then would not refund or exchange it

A bit on the expensive side but good quality product and friendly attentive staff. Unfortunately the store smells like an old wet mop.

Poor customer service!!!!!!! The morning manager is rude !!!! Has a terrible attitude and denied my order because she was busy.

it's 1/6/23 2:30pm, my wife and I just stopped in to get some smoothies here for the first time. The girl working had a negative unfriendly attitude toward us, didn't acknowledge us when we came in, acted like she was annoyed that we came in, and I think she mumbled soy or whey, but with her attitude we didn't feel comfortable having her make our drinks. So we left. We'll go to Tropical Smoothie instead, where they are glad to have customers.
