Always gets order wrong

I have been coming to this place for as long as I can remember and I always preferred there smoothies over anyone’s. Best smoothies in California and if you haven’t been here before I totally recommend it. They even have tasty seasonal smoothies.

Would def. recommend this location to anyone who enjoys exceptional service and superlative product! Thank you guys for the excellent experience!

Bad customer service. No hello, no thank you for coming. Young kids working with no proper manners. Customers come and pay for the product and expect good service. Suggest a review/ training in common courtesy…

Jamba is my all time favorite one. Wow now we can order with bobaaaaaaaa. Yeyyyy. But, I ordered with strawberry boba….it doesn’t taste like strawberry. Apart from that everything was good.

Horrible customer service here. I came In at 6pm 4/12/23 and not a single person greeted me or said anything to me after patiently waiting. Also nobody else was in line. There was just one guy (customer) waiting for his order. I just walked out because I felt so unwelcome. Guess I’ll be drinking coffee bean.
