Stood at the front desk for 5mins as there was no one at the front when I walked in. Placed the order online thinking that would be quicker….that did not grab their attention. No one came to the front. So I called the store that I was literally standing in to have someone come to the front desk. The girl that came out was rude and then said she was the only one working and she was filling out paperwork in the back so she didn’t hear me say “hello” the 5 times I called out. No manager available and her name was Angie I think

Stood at the register for 8 minutes before the guy who was working here, which walked by me at least 6 times, even said anything to me or acknowledged my existence. Once he took my order he was nice enough, but should have acknowledged me, the customer, sooner..... 10/22/2022 10:33am

Took 20 minutes to recieve my smoothie. Watched 5 other customers come in after me and recieve their products first. 2 of 3 of the team members were in the back of the store most of the time. I used to work for Jamba and I can say this was a terrible customer experience.

Alright, I usually don't care about first world problems, but I ordered a very Berry protein smoothie that came out horrible to say the least no whey protein and so much soy milk. I called the store a nice young woman answered she's actually pretty nice and told me it was the first day for the worker making the smoothie. If you're reading this homeboy, just stick to the dam recipe it's not rocket science don't add your own twist. I've had MRE protein shakes overseas that tasted better than that dogwater shake that was served to me.
