It was alright. I would say it is odd that we order with a device but I guess that is the way of things now. I will say that the place did not seem swept but it was near the end of the day and the workers all seemed very busy churning out delicious smoothies.

La tienda debería de poner mínimo de dos personas desde que abren la tienda, yo fui alas 8:30 am y solo está una persona repito muy amable, solo que por aser rápido los pedidos no lo asia bien, tenía muchas personas esperando y ella asia todo lo posible, lo que yo pedí me lo entrego pero era demasiado líquido no tenía nada que ver con lo que pedí se supone que tiene que sería un frappé y era parecía licuado, no culpo ala muchacha por qué ella asia lo que podía tenía que alistar todo para tener orden en la tienda y atender alas personas pienso que eso no esta bien y necesitan poner una persona más para apollarle
My wife wanted a orange juice from jamba I checked closing time for store it says 8pm
I live 5 min away I arrived 7:30 pm
Ordered on tablet submited the order one large orange juice and ordered other six additional drinks that I had no intentions of buying
But since I was there I decided bring one for every one at home order submitted paid for and waiti g for my order I was told that I could not get the orange juice because they dont sell orange juice after 7pm, I did not see that any where posted online or at the store
Since the main reason I went there was for the OJ I decided to cancel the full 7 items order
Congratulations you lost a expensive order because of a employee decided or was not in the mood to make a OJ
And if what she said was right
Post it online and at the store
So you dont waste customers time
Now I have to wait for my refund to come back to me 3 days later because of this

I wanted something with peanut butter 🥜 and one of the workers Abby Mendoza suggested their Peanut Butter Moo'd smoothie with oat milk. The best smoothie 😋 I get it all the time now.
Worst experience ever. I placed my order thru the app, my cc was charged and went to pick up an the person said they did not have my order. I showed them I was already charged an the app had froze. Not showing my "order no." I had asked for a manager and the person there claimed to be it. I then asked for their supervisor or person in charge an they walked away on the phone to speak to their "manager" in the end I did not receive my order an was only given a DM's # to call. So I did, and she ("Kayla") never resolved the issue and I remained charged for an order I never received.
Noticed others were receiving their drinks after I’d been waiting 5-10mins or so. I ask one of the girls who’d received her drink well before me whether she may have preordered and like I saw, she’d placed her drink order in store - the same as me. I’d asked the person making the drinks why others were receiving their orders before mine and was told 3x, “you order is coming”. Noticed that while others were receiving their drinks/smoothies, mine went through a single cycle and appeared to be completed, but then the girl decided to press the button again. Waste of time!!!
Update, saw the phone number provided and I called it just to see what would happen and nothing happened - another waste of time!
I came in and I was the only customer here. The two ladies working let me know I can order at the kiosk. I tried but couldn’t find the one I wanted. I let them know I couldn’t find it and the girls response was “it’s there” instead of helping me. After I stepped back from the machine was when she decided to help me. I ordered my drink and she said “we’re out of that” didn’t offer something similar or try to help me in any way. I chose something else to make it easier and after a long sigh she said okay anything else. I felt like I was bothering her. Very unpleasant
To expensive almost $11 for a drink that's ridiculous
I ordered online and when I came in the store was basically empty, the employees didn’t talk to me, didn’t even look at me but they noticed me, they were not helpful at all for my order, no way to talk to them since they didn’t even look at you to ask you what you need,
I saw how they were talking to new customers but ignoring me.
Why would they close 20 minutes before they are suppose to ? Called to make an order to make it go faster and they hung up on me , showed up at 7:40pm even though they say closes at 8pm and its all dark bad bad bad
I placed a mobile order for pick up. They didn't have the classic breakfast sandwich I wanted so they made me pay $.33 cents difference for an impossible breakfast sandwich. I think this is poor customer service because I had to go out to my car to get my wallet. I ended up just giving them a whole dollar because I didn’t have change and I was in a hurry to get to work. After I left the store, I could see through the windows that the employee was irate, angry, waving his arms around, putting his hands on his head, and on his hips, shaking his fingers don’t be mad at me. I just gave you a tip and paid the difference screw you Jamba juice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How rude of him to act angry. I am the customer I am the one who is angry he does not have a right to be angry. He is an employee and he needs to act professional. He was not inconvenienced I was.
Close to early....need to expand the hours
Out of all the Jamba Juices I have been to, this one was the best! They had great customer service and a clean space! The staff; especially manager Willie made this Jamba Juice feel homey! Great area as well! If you ever need some refreshing drinks or unique meals come to this Jamba!!!
This Jamba served their drinks fast but needs to refill items in the front display which looks sparse. It feels like more a takeout kind of place than sit down with limited seating inside.
Jamba is reliable. This place was clean and fast.

Where do I start its Saturday late morning I walk in and not one employee looks up to greet me or simply say I'll be right with you. So I just stood in front of the register listing to the explicit loud music they had playing N WORD this B***h that. Family environment yeah right.
After standing for 10 mins and not one employee saying anything I left.
Will never return. No customer service and offend that management would left them play explicit offensive music at a family smoothie shop. This is a joke.
Bad service, and arritude, two girls in the front register with no respond, waited 20 minutes they didn't said anything ignoring us, specifically out with the family to grab some drinks at jamba juice big no no.
