The service is not very good they tend to forget they have customers waiting & go off chatting with each other. Also, my last 3 visits they have not had all the ingredients to make my orange dream machine. Very disappointing.

I love this location and the smoothies are amazing but I had a horrible experience today with the staff. The store closes at 8 PM and we got there quickly at 7:45, only to find a handwritten closed sign on the door. We walked inside and the girl at the front explained to us rudely that they could not help us as they had closed at 7:30 today, due to being “understaffed”. There were three employees there doing nothing. 3-4 people came after us and were told the same thing.

I want to order online use the BOGO 50% off coupon but failed many times, apps showed errors... so I came straight to the store and asked them if they can apply that promotion for me. I couldn't be happier that the store manager has free one smoothie for me because of the inconvenience I encountered with the apps. Excellent customer services!!!

Best places

This Jamba Juice location is excellent, well-known for having the best staff. They consistently ensure your smoothie is made to perfection, providing fast and clean service with a great taste. They offer all the usual Jamba Juice options, and my personal favorite is the pink star from the secret menu.

Horrible wait time and no update on the order.

This is the most amazing Jamba Juice ever. Having a food allergy it is always nerve racking for me trying to sort through what I can have the. The staff this morning was so amazing i forgot the young lady’s name that helped me but she was amazing. Knew what was in the smoothie what to take out and put in for me. I will always go out of my way and come here frik now

You know what's really annoying when you order a medium, the guy makes a small then pours it in a medium cup and hands it to you.

I order buy 1 get 1 I got 1 why because the privius customer order 4 mediums and got 2 small and 2 mediums and complaint so 1 of my large drinks happen to be the same so they took some out of it and add it to theirs they just change cups from small to mediums so they took it from 1 of my drinks so I my cup was not full it was 3 /4 I just left my drink there because I did not want to argue

Very good Jamba juice location everyone knows this one has the best staff. They always take care making sure your smoothie is perfect and service is fast, clean, and tastes great. All the usual Jamba Juice offerings, my personal favorite is the pink star from the secret menu.

Always on point my favorite location cashier nancy is fast friendly and extremely knowledgeable great customer service 👍

The place is clean and they work fast. Reason for not 5 is they are not good at giving information on products or promotions that they got going on.

I went here the other day and the cashier suzanne was super friendly ! She was very patient when I was deciding what to order. I love this location and will be back ! :)
