Always closed when I try to go even when online hours show open. Has happened multiple times

holyyyyyy attitude! The staff better learn some basic customer service skills. To top the attitude issue: me and my party witnessed how one of the staff smelled boba pearls that I have ordered. When I asked if the boba is fresh, she first told me that she doesn't know and then gave me attitude about me being difficult. Boba is usually cooked daily so when I was told boba is 3-5 days old - its hard pass! Plus it looked like it was undercooked and just gross overall.

Such a fantastic asset to the Marquette community, you can tell that management genuinely cares about students as they are easy to work and partner with!

Slowest service EVER. Employees are standing around doing nothing and I think they are moving in slow motion. Took 30 minutes to make THREE BOWLS with no one else in there. I have never been to a worse Jamba Juice and will NOT be coming back.
