This sharp piece of plastic was in my drink!!! Thankful I didn’t choke on it
The two ladies was very nice and helpful on my visit this morning.
I work in the complex and I came in to get a smoothie and I waited in the lobby for 15 mins I ended up calling the store before someone came to help me. Then the girl with brown hair red nails had a bad attitude
Changed from 5 star to 1 star. I understand you guys are having maintenance done but I came out of my way just to come here just to find the doors are locked. Im only able to order a smoothie through the app? Really? I quickly downloaded it and was met with all of these fields to fill out. Heck no. If you're not prepared to do business and make your customers' lives easier, dont even bother opening at all. It should not be a hassle to place an order. Business 101

Made an online order through the app. Pick up was for 7:47am, arrived on time to find the store doesn't open until 8. Get inside for our smoothies and they were made at time of order 25 minutes prior. They're liquid and ruined. Told to just knock on the door next time. We can't come in but they can bring us our order. So disappointed with the app and the store.
Was not greeted by either of the employees as me and my daughter walked in and stood at the register. The cashier, Andrew L. finally acknowledged our existence and said hello after I stared him down in awkward silence. His demeanor and shortness with me gave me the impression that he was annoyed we were there. After he took my order, he quickly walked away and didn’t return. I had to reach over the register and grab my own receipt let alone receive a thank you. Once the drinks were ready and sitting at the counter, he called out my name and then quickly walked away again to the back to start washing dishes. No ‘thank you’ was ever uttered by Andrew or the other girl working on 7/13/23 at 5:37pm. Andrew, if you hate your job so much and hate people, why not just get a different job? I’m sorry your manager did not provide you with sufficient customer service training, but it’s also just a matter of being a courteous human being.
Cheep cups, ordered orange juice for 10$ and cup broke putting it in my cup holder. You would think that for the price they charge you wouldn’t get such cheep cups. Now my clean car is basking in 10$ of orange juice!
