I was a regular customer at this location with my family; however, I will no longer give this store any of my business due to the owner, even if that means we'll never have Jamba Juice again unless we are in another city/state. You would think that as someone who runs a business, there would be a level of professionalism, consideration and politeness, especially in communication, that an owner should have, being that customers are how they make their money. Yet, whoever this "owner" is, he is extremely rude, condescending, unprofessional, and down right ignorant. All it requires is proper customer service, communication and some respect. Ignorance is bliss, and I refuse to give my money to someone so disrespectful who is incapable of showing gratitude and kindness, and does not know how to manage his childish attitude. By the looks of your most recent reviews, you're in the absolute wrong business!

Has the best options for smoothies in area, is a little more expensive.

An “okay” experience at most. When we walked in, we noticed that there was nobody behind the counter. Assuming they were just in the back, we looked at the menu to decide what we wanted. There were a group of teens/younger kids on the booth in the corner we had noticed when we we came in 5 minutes before, and as it turns out the employee supposed to be working at the front came up to get behind the counter, as I think he finally noticed we were ready to order. Though he wasn’t rude, he never said “Hi”, “How are you”, or even just “What can I get you”. We placed our order and waited to the side. As we were waiting, a doordasher came in looking for a pickup order, and ended up having to wait on it for about 10 minutes because it wasn’t even started until after he arrived to pick it up. It wasn’t a bad experience for us but also not the good experience you would hope for the customers of your business to have either. In my opinion, and based on the other reviews I’ve read of this particular store, it appears that the kid/kids working the store, I assume, by themselves could really benefit from having a more experienced employee on schedule with them to help things get done and operate as I’m sure they’re intended to.
