The lunacy has advanced to a point where a medium smoothie is now $10. The employees are fine. They're pleasant and they do their job, and the prices aren't their fault. The food quality is fine. It's Jamba. It tastes like a Jamba smoothie. What it doesn't taste like is $10.00 worth of smoothie for a size that used to cost $6.00.
I’ve given this location several chances and it almost always disappoints. The customer service is poor (ignoring customers, rolling their eyes, snickering to each other), they barely give you any smoothie in your bowls, and always seem to forget an item. I loved my old Jamba location but this one needs a lot of work,
My personal faves are the smoothies. Great ingredients and service with a modern fountain shop atmosphere.
Tried Mango Smoothie, it was great.
The smoothies tasted horrible and flavorless, the service was slow for being the only people inside, and for some reason they only filled the cups up only 60% full... 20 bucks for 2 smoothies is stupid, and them being smalls too is ridiculous
They usually close 15-30 min before the sign so be aware of that
The prices are pricey. I enjoy the Pumpkin Smash, but I can't afford a daily habit, or even weekly; a good smoothie does make a nice treat or replacement meal when out and about. Update: I believe the young folk working here are doing the best they can, with what they are given and what they have to do. I have gone back, because I appreciate the JJ associates and how hard they are working. They are doing their best to keep up, keep calm and keep kind. It was very busy today, and a bit hectic; it appeared that there was many call in and/or someone buys and someone else flies orders. It would be helpful to the top shelf JJ associates and customers if there was a separate station for pick ups+. Perhaps have a dedicated spot for any and all pick-ups; station associate/s whos primary focus is to fill those orders and stage, in fridge, for pick ups. I've witnessed walk-ins and pick-up people bumping heads, confused and/or frustrated; frustrated because someone thinks their order was skipped/forgotten. Again, the folks in front are doing a good job.
There was one young lady working solo this afternoon and she was quick, accurate and generally lovely. This location has been consistently great for quite some time now. The girls working are always friendly and the drinks and food are made well every time. It's always clean and it has stepped up quite a lot from a year ago.
Still having trouble with my rewards, but this time, they were able to get me the discount. The free smoothie is still not working, but I have until Jan. The general manager is ghosting me now, after she said everything was fixed. The smoothies are still good, and the service is good, but it is disappointing to get there and find out your reward doesn't work
they don’t accept $50 bill. what is the use of our paper bills then?
