Monica was AMAZING !! Fabulous service & smoothies!!

Got a chocolate mood. It was not the mood. The smoothie was quite watered down.

The smoothie staff has to be retrained on making smoothies. I ordered a medium power berry workout. It was almost all milk barely any berries. The smoothie was pretty much white with a tint of pink. The blender was so full they could have served 3 smoothies out of it. Seems like the ratio to milk is off. That means you get 1/3 of the protein which was the point of ordering the smoothie. The person before me also ordered one pf a power berry work out. And same thing way too much milk and wasting the rest. If I was the owner, I would be super upset at all that food waste and profits down the drain literally down the drain. I also spent 13 bucks what a waste.

Rude staff! Poor customer service!

8am in the morning December 12,standing checking the different flavors.this women I guess was making juice telling me to go join the line.first time checking out Jamba and I never try it before, the younger lady was so rude and disrespect to me only because I was checking out the Manu it was making her irritated to tell me where the line is,I was not placing any order as yet due to different allergies reson I have see what in it before ready to order so that I am not taking up others customer time.

Bria, I had a chance to speak with and she was so polite in passing along a message for the business without wasting any time. Straightforward, candid, and had a smile the whole time. Jamba Juice is huge in queens, ny and even local to my office in Long Beach, NY.
