Service & Food Quality very bad

I really don't like the service..they are very slow no etiquette of serving food. There is not good quality of food. I thought Jalaram is very famous. Must be very good. I went with parents it was embarrassing for me that i couldn't provide good food for them. You really need to improve your service guys.
