I think the guy who rings up the food ( is the owner now, not sure ) well he has a VERY NASTY ATTITUDE just NASTY

Wow the food is terrible I don’t know if they’ve gotten a new cook are they don’t care how the food is served chicken was not cooked properly it was undone and slimy i ordered baked chicken Mac n cheese sweet potatoes and dressing I literally had to go home and recook and season the food to my liking I’m all about black owned business and love soul food this place is not it paid 18 dollars for bad quality and taste I wanted to give you guys another chance I will not be coming back disappointed the food use to be good

Went to this place and the cabbage wasn’t seasoned and they told me they had CATFISH and LIED it was that Swai never again will I visit there again

They have great clean soul food. If you don't know what that means give them a try. Of course there's a lil wait cause where there's great food there's a lot of people wanting it. The service is great & you get to pick your food out right as it's being packaged. The atmosphere is calm & relaxing, and your food will feel the same as it goes down Parking: The location is on a corner, so theirs street parking available in front, on the side, down the street, and across the street if necessary, but during brunch I got a spot right on the side of the building.
