Jackson's Meat & Deli

I have been a fairly constant customer of Jackson's meats. Before I go further just to clarify I am in a wheelchair and with the colder weather it's necessary to take a taxi to and from at about a cost of $30. I recently was there and bought three large pork chops cost of about 20+ dollars. Upon arriving home I found the pork chops to be slimy changing colour with a distinctively bad odour. I called Jackson and explained the situation and they wanted me to bring the meat back and I requested that they pay for the taxi cab which they refused. I found that the person I spoke to was rude disrespectful and dismissive of the fact that I had to pay for a taxi for another 30 bucks to get my $20 back. Very distasteful they've lost a customer.
