I was in last week for a biscuit. Staff was pleasant and the environment was clean. Around 45m later, I became sick as a dog. Something had to have been up with the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit that I had consumed. Things happen. I'm just glad I'm not older or a child. Food poisoning isn't something to be taken lightly.
So today we went to Jack's to order two of the three count chicken tender meals upon receiving our meal through the drive-thru window. We instantly recognized that the fries were hard, cold and old. I went into the Jack's to ask staff could they provide Us with fresh meals The Acting Manager "Toni C" told me 3times that it's gonna take awhile to fix. I stated that, that's fine; I'll wait. While waiting, my wife came in to check the status of the food. And as I was privately expressing what the process was. "Toni C" rudely inserted herself into Our conversation & asked my wife. "What is It?!" No One in a public Position should disrespectfully question a person's spouse! While discriminating & racism was in Attitude & Language. "Corporate Will be contacted Immediately!" Respectfully Requesting this Problem to be solved Soon! Corporate....
We were asked to pull forward at the drive up window and they would bring our app order out when it was ready. We waited over 20 minutes and my daughter went in. Another person with the same first name also had an app order and she was given our food. She brought her food back when she realized it was the wrong order. The staff kept saying it was my daughter's fault somehow. They did remake our order, but the other lady took home her original order which had been sitting there for 20 minutes. We won't be back. There are other Jack's around.
Food was hard ..... couldn't eat it
The guy (and others) were so friendly and SUPER nice!!!!!? And the food was fantastic.
A good selection of simple things. Great breakfast. Great milkshakes. Not necessarily healthy food. But food that sticks with you...in a good way...and also on your thighs if you don't burn the calories.
