Jacks chicken palace is a midwestern gem…. A hometown favorite of Dubuque. As a Michigander who comes to Dubuque often I can say that it’s one of the best places around. The staff are great. They run the place like a ship… the food is cooked to order, the prices post Covid are incredible… 10/10 would return. Love you guys Tony

This is the best chicken ever!but they are carry out only,and as soon as you get out of the car,you'll notice that your mouth starts to water,and the wonderful smell of fried chicken hits you,all up and down the block! The staff are friendly and helpful and we love their chicken and sides!so much!!lol

Biggest problem I have with this place is it’s a to go chicken place but when u order 8 piece chicken it’s all piled into a box and by the time u get home completely soggy and all breading has fallen off. U would think they would box it to allow steam to leave box but no that’s up to u. Chicken is good when it’s good and not soggy

December 15th, my lil lady an I had lunch, super fast after getting an order placed the breading is light on the onion rings and tenderloin which is a nice treat, does seem like the flavor is quite light but reaches more palates for own customization perhaps. For the money and time and volume of food, one should forget the drive thru and stop at the bird in the sky they call JACKS

Jack's has good chicken dinners and they are always so friendly! Although, I no longer eat meat, I always recommend them! My daughter is a regular customer now because of me! When we have out of town guests, we order Jack's! Thanks Jack and Family! You guys are the best!

It looked like they were out of business. It says on the Internet they're open and gave the hours but it was closed and there wasn't anyone around.

Friendly staff! Great food! I love coming here all the time for my chicken cravings!! Parking: Its limited but theres parking in front of the building or you can park a bit further down. Depends on the day as well.
