Is this place even open? I’m only giving it a one star because no one ever pick up the phone.

Called in for my order with an estimated time of 30 minutes. Got there on time, and still had to wait over 20 minutes to get my order. I'll need to call at least 1 hour in advance next time. If there is a next time

I was so excited to satisfy my Hmong food cravings and even drive out 25min just for this specific place, but I was disappointed by the service and food. I ordered through the phone and the lady who took our order kept talking over us saying that we were "ordering wrong" ?? Their lo mein was bland and the papaya salad was too sweet and soggy. The only thing that tasted okay (that we ordered) was the fried chicken.

Their food is good, however there have been multiple times in which online it said they were open, and they never posted that they were closed, so I would try calling or ordering and nothing. There isn’t even a voicemail or anything saying that they’re closed and of course I would try to call multiple times, assuming they were just on the phone with another customer since it says they’re open everywhere else, just to message them and find that they’re closed. There was a time where they were on one of those food delivery apps, and when I ordered, I had to wait forever and my driver had to go all the way down there just to find out they were closed, even though it said they were open. It’s really disorganized and makes me not want to order from them anymore. I’ll go elsewhere when I’m craving Hmong food.

Went here with my husband Toren the food was amazing and the service was good too will be returning.
