McCoco's Caribbean Restaurant

My husband and I were very exited to try this restaurant waited about 30mins to get a table (we were ok with that) Ordered our drinks that were made at a decent time. The waitress came and took our order. And we waited another 25mins for our food (again we were happy with that) But Then Our waitress never brought us water. And she never came back to our table not even a single time. (To ask if we needed something) we were waiting for about 30mins to get our check (i had to ask another waitress) Then we finally saw our Waitress now with our check. Gave her our credit card and she just slammed the receipt back to our table. (Not a single word to us) The table next to us also stated they were waiting for about an hour to get there check. We will not be coming back and the food is too hyped up for no reason it's literally rice with a side if steak.

Amazing customer service

Arrived at 230 food took an hour to come out and was not cooked to order returned and the second plate was salty. The service was very poor almost every waitress passed the table and not one was able to pick up the stack of dirty plates. And then it took and an hour to get the check .

We went to this restaurant and Sharon was attentive and exceptional. Loved the service the quality. The best I recommend this place to everyone you won’t regret

The tacos I ordered were excellent and Sharon was a fun server. Would highly reccomend.

Super cool place! Our first time there and our waitress (Maziel) was very friendly and helpful with the menu. The aptmosphere was warm and welcoming and the decorations are amazing. Portion sizes are great and worth their pricing. Definitely will be coming back!

Phenomenal! The service was excellent. We had Jennifer, I believe. She was absolutely wonderful! The food...omg.... I actually ate slow for once because I seriously made sure to fully enjoy every single bite. Calling it delicious doesn't seem to do it justice. Heaven in my mouth. We will DEFINITELY be returning!
