Jack in the Box

I was given ice cold coffee on my way to work

Every single night around 1:30 am their “fryer doesn’t work”

Have not been to jack in the box in years. We don't have one in Amarillo Texas. We used to get the ham breakfast Jack's. They were as good as we remember them.

don't really know we had a call in order they and got a brought it back to car

Went to pick up a doordash they said it was already picked up . I called to let them know and then called door dash this guy was understanding as far as the jack in the box they was really rude and hateful didn't care about the customer even when door dash called them to let them know that the customers order had not been picked up

Love jack in the box I wish we had one closer to our house instead of an hour and a half away but food is awesome as well as the employees worth the trip every time we take it

Very Consistent Food and Service

Do not go to this location at night. They have horrible management and unprofessional employees with horrible attitudes, rude speech, and no customer service. I deliver for doordash and I waited for 2 hours for an order that I never received. Upon entering the store I was told it would be a while. They were busy, so that's understandable. After about 40 min I asked about the order and was told by the manager that the order was far down the list, all the while, people were coming in behind me, ordering, and leaving with their food. After another 30 min, I asked the manager about the order again and was told they couldn't find the order in the system. So I left to drop off a different order and contacted doordash, under the impression at this point the order would be cancelled. Doordash called Jack in the Box, JITB told them they had the order and it was ready to be picked up. So doordash told me I could go get it (which I did not expect to hear). I walked inside to find no one behind the counter at all. When someone finally did come, the employee basically said she didn't have the order, they weren't going to give it to me, and someone else could pick it up. The manager at this point was no where in sight. Apparently, according to the very rude employee, they were short staffed so somehow it was my fault that they couldn't make 2 cheeseburgers. The customer was very upset and I will not be returning to this establishment.
