I ordered a generous amount of food through the drive thur when they were really busy and the worker Anthony greeted me with a nice smile. I gave him a tip.

Poor management. I went to pick up an online order. Employee at the window said he didn’t have any. I insisted there was one and a manager came and said he didn’t have any. I asked if he could check one more time and recited the order contents. Then the employee said “oh yeah that was awhile ago, we never made it.” Manager looked up at the screen and said, “oh yeah we made it.” Well no… unless my stomach didn’t relay that information to me.. I tried to explain I never picked it up and he just kicked me out of the drive thru. Manager could have handled that better and jack in the box should do better in vetting employees that are given more responsibility. I’ll drive a few extra miles to another Jack and you should to.
This store sucks!! went to order line was long man said it was an issue with my card. Got home seen they charged me for 2 meals mine plus someone else. Meal was 27. And change but was charged almost 60 bucks!! Called up there the MANAGER hung up in my face several times no soon as he heard my voice or I once I started explaining the issue. Poor service poor management don't know why this place still in business.
Best JacknBox I've been to in a long while. Whoever is running the place you can hear in the background making sure orders is right. Yall keep doing what you do, and thank you for making it happen.
