Jack in the Box

Asked for no ketchup in the drive-thru, checked it, and sure enough had ketchup, an employee was at the end of the drive-thru and asked to see the receipt, had to dig into the bag to go into the store and wait for 10 minutes to with no one inside to remake burger with no ketchup.

The lobby was so dirty it was gross smelled like garbage inside I was the only person there was gonna eat there an did not

The guy who did my order was very friendly

I know Jack in the box is usually slow as hell but this location takes the cake. Over 20 minutes for 80 percent of the food being cold. Had an extra wait for fries, had me pull up front. Came out 5 minutes later with lukewarm fries lmao. This whole company is a joke.

Had a gaint sign for cheese sticks for 3.50 and was the only reason I stopped. Just to be told it was discontinued. SCAM

Good food, inside doesn't seem very clean
