Always out of food and never serving past midnight even though their menu says 24hrs. They will have you waiting 10+ however minutes before you figure out they won’t be answering you. Zero stars if possible

I went in around 8 o'clock today. Ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger with no ketchup. No mustard, no Mayo got home. It was absolutely drowning in all 3 of those things. Not only that, but the drive through line took so long. I fell asleep... (12hr day) Not only was that wrong on my meal, but the fries were way overcooked and looked like they had been sitting in the cook rack. Put back in the fryer to warm up and then serve to me... The lady working the drive through was either hard-of-hearing or a complete a****** and making everyone repeat their orders over and over again and you could tell she could hear you but was making people repeat themselves cause clearly. I've been here before and never had an issue with people the only person I've ever had an issue with talking through the drive through? Is this lady? The 4 people in front of me, she made yell. She made me yell and then I could hear the 2 people behind me yelling... And to the boy that wants to be a girl with fingernails and a full beard. The circus is looking for you. Please check back in with them...

We have gone here a few times, and this location always gives us fresh, good quality food, and the best Iced Mocha coffee. They always provide the accurate sauces when we order, and always give us napkins. I have not met anyone who is rude at this location. This location is our new go to, Thank you for all your hard work ladies and gentlemen, you are doing awesome!!!

Buckle up….I ordered ONE Jr Jumbo Jack and it took over 30 minutes. You think I’m exaggerating? Once I realized it was taking longer than usual (about ten minutes into my wait) I started to watch the clock- it was 28 minutes after that before I got my food. So a minimum of 35 minutes. There were only two cars ahead of me in the drive thru when I ordered. Now to add some insult to injury, the cashier dropped some of my change and asked me to give her extra change. It’s literally zero degrees outside and I refuse to crawl around on that filthy, sticky concrete looking for change that she dropped. She wasn’t paying attention when I handed her my money so I said “be careful, don’t drop the change” she replied “I got it” so I let go & she proceeds to drop some of it. smdh. If I hadn’t already paid I would’ve just driven off- and I was 30 seconds away from just driving off anyways when my single hamburger finally came. Absolutely terrible service. I’ve lived nearby this particular Jack n’ Box since 1994, that’s 30 damn years & in all those years I’ve never experienced such terrible service. I will not be coming back anytime soon if ever.

Add sourdough it makes the berger even better.
