This Jack in the box is just okay, they're very slow, the two occasions I visited in the last 4 days were mediocre at best. Waited in a short line of one car on one occasion and two cars on the next occasion in front of me an extraordinarily long period of time. I finally made it up to the ordering board, the cashier came on and said please hold I'll be with you. After 3 to 5 minutes she finally came back on took the order. Both times I got up to the register of the order was wrong, I had to have her add items for my crew, pay for it and then wait on the other side of the restaurant while they prepared it. On a scale of 1 to 10 the food was a seven, it wasn't bad, just wasn't quite up to snuff. The drive-thru ordering process leaves a lot to be desired and while they did get the job done, it was painful. I won't be going back unless I'm absolutely desperate.

50% of the time the order is wrong. And always understaffed, so very slow.
Drive thru, fast efficient, but fries weren't as good as usual. Cold, not all looked like curlies, which I ordered.

This location is always understaffed and seems like 2 people running around with their hair in fire. Drive thru always takes a long time, and fried items are hit and miss with sometimes being very overcooked. However, they do seem to try, and the staff is friendly.

says they close at 3am but if u show up at 230 they will tell u they are closed for the night to "count the drawer". wouldn't risk leaving ur house any later than 2am unless ur willing to be disappointed
Waiting 30 minutes at the drive-through for no reason. Either get more workers or close early. Nobody should be waiting 30-minutes for fast food.
