Jack in the Box

Every single time… EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! I come to this location, they get my order wrong and make you wait in the parking lot 15min-30min for your food. And for some reason I still get it cold. P.S. I work the graveyard shift so this is the only thing open at the time. SOOO if you got the time and patience then be my guest.

Poor CS at drive through. Food took 10 minutes to prepare. Asked to pull into parking spot when there was no one behind me waiting. Overall one of the worst experiences I've had at a jack in the box.

The tables are dirty, people don't take your order and they ignore you, they talk amongst themselves, wasting my time. The food is still good, but with everything you have to go through to get it, it's terrible service.

The atmosphere inside the shop is not so good, it smells really bad, they is No air condition in the shop. It’s really hot inside. If someone is planning to meetup for a date there I won’t recommend this place. Plus in a hot atmosphere the food also gets bad fast.

Always force you to park so theycan take 20 minutes. Not fast at all. Terrible location!

Worst place ever

Quick and fresh food with pleasant staff. Little tricky to get in and out of the parking lot.

I always come to this location every Sunday, to buy lunch the Jack’s Munchie Meal is the favorite option; but sometimes we bought different meals, like chicken combo or tacos 🌮; but what happens with the jack in the Box I enjoyed before ; now you can’t use the bathroom; the only guy with glasses 👓 said we don’t have the key ; if you ordered in the drive thru , you have to use the parking lot and wait 15 minutes for your food.

The service is awful. the workers just keep watching you and take more than 5 minutes to take the order.

on June 5 of 2024 I walked in Jack-in-the-Box to order some food and the manager was really rude to the employees and he threw stuff in the ground. It doesn’t look professional your manager.
