Great food

Not a bad spot. I liked the mushroom swiss burger and onion rings. The tacos looked like they were pressed down, but they weren't bad for the price. But this is not a taco place, so probably get better tacos elsewhere.

Slowest drive thru ever. In line for over 30 minutes. Then of course they give me the wrong order. Didn’t notice till I sat down at my desk to eat. Definitely not a buttery Jack and for sure not curly fries.

The food was great but the 3 times I’ve been there I have waited 20 minutes or longer in the drive thru and there were only 4 or 5 cars in the drive thru. It’s making me second guess my choice to come here.

Avoid this location anytime after 6pm. At 8:15pm, I waited in line for 29 minutes (I could see the timer through the drive thru window, this is not an exaggeration). This wasn't a long line either, just to the menus where you order in the drive through. 29 minutes..... After all that time, I finally made it to the pickup window only for them to completely lose my order. When I reordered at the window, I got cold food and the wrong items. It was a simple order too: a burger meal with curly fries and Mozzarella sticks. The Mozzarella sticks were cold, the fries were just regular fries, and they didn't even put a marinara sauce in the bag. On that note, I know JitB isn't known for its customer service, but a "sorry for your wait" at the window would have helped to smooth it over. This isn't acceptable. A nearly 30 minute wait when you can't even leave the line is ridiculous. Do better.
