How difficult is it to make sure the sauces are in the bag? I only had one item.

We got food tonight! The lady seemed like she was pissed about us ordering food when there was 4 other cars in front of us. Our food was okay it just seemed rushed ! But they forgot our shake that we ordered so it was a bad night when we were craving it. They’re good during 3-5pm but after that it seems like they don’t want to be there and i worked in fast food so i know how it feels but doesn’t mean you should show it. Especially when you can tell the cook just slapped the sandwich together and the lady didnt want to be there & we didn’t get our shake! Money wasted, don’t be open late if this is the crew you have
