Jack in the Box

master lingding say Once upon a time, I found myself in the Jack in the Box. I ate the food it was nice, but I realized that the workers are rude, and didn't respect the fact that I asked simply for my chicken to be extra cooked. I like my chicken extra cooked? do you know how god damn infuriating it is to have no chicken. Anyway master lingding give 3 stars because my food was very good

Friendly and fast.

I come around this location quiet a bit usually the overnight gentleman does great job but today was not the same. Watching people in the back eating and then come up to touch food. Waiting for my order with no regard of the time it takes.

The day crew is awesome!! Night crew is only there to hang and keep you on hold forever.. done that 4 times and won’t go back day crew love you guys!!! Night crew.. y’all do what u do best.. nothing

Worst location for food, service or otherwise if they aren't too busy cleaning to take your order, or the system isn't down. Garbage staff, all other jack n the boxes near by never have the same issue

What’s wrong with employees not knowing how to do job correctly. I specifically asked to have everything made fresh and little short Hispanic chick work tonight still messed it up. She told the cook well done I corrected her and say no fresh. She’s like I got you. Really you’re a manager of some type. Unprofessional first off. Chicken was dried out curly fries were cold. We spent well over $30. Kitchen cook eating fries from the basket. That’s cross contamination. She’s in the back talking with other cook about drugs and sex. Tried calling hand full of times to resolve and call drops automatically. Took pics to show someone working tomorrow morning. Please reach back out Jack in the box to resolve and get that lady fired. My wife didn’t even get to eat all her food
