Jack in the Box

The experience at night varies, but today was a bad one. I got a drive through employee not wanting to hear me when I said I just wanted a sandwich and not the meal and they continued to go with the meal until I asked not to the secons time. I asked for some sauce on the burger and it seems like "they forgot" and assured me it would be on it. It did not and I wanted a refund and they said either wait for their boss on the phone or they will remake it. I decided to get a new one and once it was done the server assured that they watches them and I checked. I know this is a lot for a topping on a burger but they were laughing at me how they tricked me and making it seemed like I was spoiled. It wasn't the fact that there was no sauce, it was the service. Update: They do remember you as far as to cooks go, they've started giving me less fries or if I order extra sauce they put less or none in them. If they know you have an allergy to cheese fo example, they sneak in some slices to a big order.

Good Place to go. Fresh food for a good place. Fast and good customer service.

This place says they’re open 24 hrs. Thats not true. A few times ive gone there and they were closed. Service is super slow in the late night.

They got my whole meal wrong. Everything created terrible garbage location!!

Usually a line during night hours. Food is just alright. I like the curly fries. One of the only 24/7 stops in the area outside subway. I completely agree, sometimes you really just need some jack in the box.

It says open 24 hours. I got there at 3am and they were closed. I dont know why it says open 24 hours when they close

This is the worst Jack in the box anywhere in the western US! The employees and management don’t know their jobs rely solely upon their customers. They mess up your order and it’s your fault and they seem bothered they have to fix anything. They would rather give you bad food and bad customer service than to serve you at all. Try it once and you will see a mistake in your order or you will get sick from the poor food handling. Do not, I repeat, do not go here if you want to stay healthy!! Anyone that has a good review either works there or is a family member of someone who works there, guaranteed!

Oh my stars and garters! This place is absolutely phenomenal 😍 I know prices are up everywhere, but you can still get tacos for less than a buck each. Also, the customer service is great! Everyone is super nice.

Pretty grumpy guy at the window and the food was overpriced for what I got. I did think the drink was bigger than I was expecting but the sandwich was much smaller and not much to it. Most of the Jack in the boxes I go to the people are very nice but for some reason this guy was not friendly

Bad customer service

Great service. Manager Le'o I think his name is and friendly staff. Ordered spicy chicken. Food is always hot!!! A large order is always correct.

I am really disappointed with the service I received. The gentleman at the window was very hostile towards me and went on to shut the window in my face when I tried to tell him that I had the wrong order.
