They didn't listen when then order was placed. Charged for an extra meal. We didn't realize why it cost so much until we had left.

Small girl at the drive thru couldn't care less about you or your order. She was too busy texting at the window. Poor customer service and poor experience. At least the food was correct, I guess.. Nice things don't exist anymore.

I don’t usually eat Jack-in-the-Box, but I came reluctantly because it was convenient because I’m working down the street. Let me tell you my burger was hot delicious, the onion rings were fresh hot and crispy,I think the best I’ve ever had. Staff Was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend eating here. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area.

Visited this location on 4/5/24 in the morning. I had a pleasant experience with Maria she was so professional and nice. Outstanding quality service on her behalf I really appreciate people that are efficient and enjoy their jobs thank you very much Maria.

Love my ultimate cheese burger miss the bacon potato wedges... wish they bring them back! I think the prices need to come down a bit though...

Tried to ring up a combo with each item separate and charge $5 more than menu price
