Jack in the Box

Visited on 10.9.2024 at around 8:36PM. The service was absolutely horrible. I ended up not even ordering because I was concerned he'd do something to my food or drink. The guy taking orders claimed his name was Austin, but I'll be contacting management before corporate to make sure. I attempted to order the same meal I always do for my kids and he said they didn't have it, then he didn't know how to do it, then I didn't know what I was ordering before. His tone was extremely aggressive, and as I drove around to leave, he proceeded to yell out the window and call me out of my name. He was absolutely awful, which was unwarranted because I was polite the entire time, even when I called him out on being rude.

It's on the back of a closed down gas station so it's a little weird. I've been here a few times and the staff is nice enough but kind of curt and quiet. Not a bad experience. OK overall.

The lady at the drive-thru was very friendly and helpful, and she was quick! I’ve never had an issue at this place; it’s always been a great spot to visit.

I just went here a couple of minutes ago and spent 27 dollars for 2 meals which is okay but the food was not very pleasing at all. i named 4 drinks and said they don’t have any just fruit punch and grape. and i said ok well fruit punch it is. and we get home and open up the bag and our burgers are filled with 4-5 tomatoes. my burger was suppose to be made with 2 meats and i had one. my husbands burger showed 2 meats and bacon but came with only 1 meat and no bacon or cheese and they filled it with tomatoes and lettuce so it can look big. fries have no flavor anymore just soggy. ver very disappointing 😭….. especially cuz i could have spent my 27$ at any other fast food place.

Today was the most slowest and annoying drive thru experience ever. My boyfriend and I wanted to get the mini chimis bang bang and when we first started ordering we had to repeat ourselves about 6 times until the order taker understood what we were saying. She kept putting stuff down in our order that we didn't want. Then when it came to the mini chimis bang bang she instead put the 10 dollar fan favs box and told us to move to the next window. We had to go up to the window and tell her that we didn't want to order the 10 dollar fan favs box we just wanted the mini chimis bang bang. After about 10 minutes we received our order. Then when we got home and opened our food, there wasn't the mini chimis bang bang that we wanted but got just 3 regular mini chimis. This drive thru experience was absolutely horrible and so annoying.

Bunch of clowns. They always say they’re out of mini churros but just too lazy to make them.

My wife and I order food.. But nuggets not fresh.. I chew it and it not very soft.. 2 taco taste horrible.. Our first time dine in... Sorry to say we will not come back in future.. I will not bring my kids there no way!!
