Jack in the Box

My blood sugar had dropped, came inside so I could get a little bit of full sugar drink while waiting for my burger. Service was quick & friendly. This Jack in the Box is in my opinion, a consistently a well run business. Kudos to management!

The person who started to take our order stopped, and a girl then came on the speaker only to be more confused about our request for the types of dipping sauces they had. She just stopped answering, so we pulled up to the window and asked the guy who acted like he didn't understand us after we asked again. Only to show us a very small plaque just past the window, so we pulled up to read it but found it hard to read. Asked for Ranch, he said ok, but he never put them in our bags. The 2 individuals that helped us left us feeling like they had no clue what they were doing or how to treat their customers!!

During the day or in the middle of the night I have consistently gotten great food customized to my likings. The crew takes a team approach and works together for the fastest and best possible service even when unrelated circumstances (like heavy rain) could damper the drive-through experience. I love so many items on the menu!

Food is usually either burnt or plasticy. Especially their breakfast items. Staff is usually passive aggressive. I'd recommend going anywhere else. I've given them several chances but this jack in the box location is just bad.
