Jack in the Box

I can’t even order food without all the homeless people coming up to my car asking for money. The employees here are always rushing me to order and they’re always rude.

Off hour breakfast items such as the Sausage, Egg and Cheese Croissant or the Meat Lovers Burrito always made fresh and tasty.

Ordered a burger at the counter the other day and apparently was misheard I suppose, and the cashier rang me up for a different sandwich. When I got it I noticed the mistake and pointed it out to a staff member who immediately took the sandwich and and began processing a cash refund. I took my refund and left hungry.

2:30am Ordered a ultimate breakfast sandwich, and I understand that it's supposed to have 2 eggs, 2 ham, bacon and cheese...I only got 0ne egg a slice of ham and no bacon, no cheese...dry. The next week I stopped in and tried to let the bald man that my sandwich was wrong and I would like to get a proper sandwich, he behaved like he was confused about what I was trying to say, I left, I will not go back to that location on the graveyard shift.

The drive-through service is awesome. If you need to use the bathroom is when it changes. You need to prove you already ordered something or the manager will not allow access. I had to call the drive through cashier's attention to be let into the bathroom just to find they are out of paper towels. Very disappointed ☹️☹️

Night crew did a stellar job with my large order, great work!

The bald guy who takes orders at night always messes up my order I’ve gone so many times and not a single time has he gotten it right . Super disappointed jack in the box has to hire / train better employees
